With a full range of resources and expertise we ensure that each property operates in an efficient and effective manner while constantly monitoring bottom line results. The hotel development wing provide service to owners that are currently new properties. A customised program can be developed for any property or project under consideration, from construction management, Interior design and décor, pre-opening marketing to purchasing. Accounting rounds out the offering of our hospitality management services to our clients. LaGai has an in-house Accounting department, which monitors payroll, accounts payable, financial reporting and other service for the company managed properties.
